As a part-time professor I teach journalism and broadcasting students writing, speaking, public relations and leadership skills, with a focus on self-confidence, relationship-building, mindfulness and positivity. 

I believe we must instil in young people today, the importance of integrity in journalism and all professions. We must teach them how to embrace change, seeing opportunity in challenge instead of simply the challenges in opportunity and that they can make a difference in their world.
